What THE BLUES Means to Me

The blues means color, art, music, and pride.
The blues sounds nice.
The blues means work and Dr. Gafney,
because she is a great teacher,
and I think she loves the blues.

It means the blues is old.

The blues makes me sad and I want to cry.
But I still think the blues is all right.
The blues sounds funny to me sometimes because I listen to rap.
